Attend the annual meeting on July 28 at The Terrace Club. Speak with candidates and community staff face to face before polls close at 5:00 PM.

Bring your ballot to the meeting. Polls open at 4:45 PM and close at 5:00 PM sharp.
Quorum Required
25% of eligible members must return ballots for the election to be held.

This election is conducted by HOA Elections of California, Inc., an independent, state-certified election administrator specializing in common interest development elections under California Civil Code §5100. Their role is to ensure the election is conducted with full transparency, impartiality, and compliance with California HOA law — completely independent of the Terramor HOA board.
